I HAVE JUST BEEN READING RONS BLOG AND THE "COMMENTS", PARTICULARLY COLLETE'S COMMENTS.
AS YOU KNOW I SUFFER FROM HAEMOPHILIA AND WAS GIVEN HEP C WHEN I WAS A KID, WHEN I STARTED DIGGING FOR ANSWERS ALL I WAS INTERESTED IN WAS "HAEMOPHILIA" HOW NARROW MINDED I WAS. WE ALL GOT OUR INFECTION SOMEWHERE. THIS VIRUS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CLASS, BACKGROUND, BLACK OR WHITE, RICH OR POOR, IF YOUR ON DRUGS, OR IF YOU HAVE HAEMOPHILIA.
I HAVE NOTHING AGAINST DRUG USERS, I FEEL SORRY FOR THEM, DON'T BLAME THEM BLAME THE BASTARDS THAT GOT THEM ON THE DRUGS THE DEALERS.
I AM STILL CAMPAIGNING BUT NOW I AM DOING IT FOR EVERYONE.
ONE COMMENT COLLETE MADE ON RONS BLOG, "THAT HAEMOPHILIAC'S GOT THIS VIRUS UNINVITED", WELL I DON'T KNOW ANYBODY THAT BLOODY INVITED IT, BUT THE FACT IS WE HAVE GOT IT. SO LETS SUPPORT EACH OTHER AND BEAT IT.

I KNOW HOW CAMPAIGNING CAN GET UNDER YOUR SKIN, EVERYWHERE YOU GO FOR ANSWERS YOU GET BLANKED. I HAVE HAD MEETINGS WITH MPs WRITTEN TO THE PM, JOHN REID etc etc. I FULLY SUPPORT YOUR CAUSE AND THANK YOU FOR IT. BUT PLEASE REMEMBER HAEMOPLILIAC'S ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES AFFECTED, AND I AGREE WITH RON HIS SITE IS NOT THE PLACE TO CAMPAIGN, IT WOULD BE GOOD IF YOUR GOT YOUR OWN BLOG SITE (ITS FREE) AS I WOULD LIKE TO SEE SOME OF YOUR EVIDENCE.

Thanks for your comment about the use of my blog.
I think you must be right that it 'gets under your skin' when everyone blanks you. And that makes the anger worse. And I can understand why Collette is angry. I do have sympathy with her situation and her campaign.
My problem with her was that I felt she aimed all that anger at me personally - which I found really hard to cope with. And I also realised I don't actually have to cope with her (or anyone else's) anger - I have enough emotions to cope with on the treatment!
I agree with you - setting up a blog could well be a more powerful platform for her to campaign - and I hope she does this.
By the way, I have visited your site twice now - congratulations to you on setting up a blog and joining the online community. I am off now to set up a link to your blog from mine!
