As you can see I picked up my TX today off Doreen my nurse I am due to start monday night with my first pills and jab. To be honest I am very worried about the sides but I gotta get this shit out of me. I have been told to do the injection of an evening so as to sleep through the sides! Hi Steve and welcome back to blogland. I too have Haemophilia and HIV (do you have HIV?) & Hep C (the hep C has gone & done a runner since my TX but I won't know if it has gone for sure until my SVR test due in July)
I have been checking your blog occasionally for quite a while since way back when I was on treatment myself and wondered how things were going. I finished 48wks back in Jan this year...you might have seen my blog? I am happy for you to finally be on treatment and get rid of your virus once and for all. You have made the right choice in beginning the course. I know just how you're feeling regarding the side effects as I felt the same way too but when I started I thought they would be a lot worse than they were.
I too will be at the enquiry on the 14th (I saw your comment on Ros's blog) and it will be great to meet you.
You might want to join the Hep C forum (if you haven't already) as it will be able to help you get through treatment and answer any questions that you might have during.
Looking at the photo of your meds, I was on exactly the same stuff.

Hi Jason, thanks for your comment, no I do not have HIV, just the HCV. I have seen your blog it is very good. I think we have the same sence of humor. I hope to met you on the 14th. All the best mate Steve
I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
